Come join in all the fun that is Group Fitness! If you are a student or have a Faculty/Staff membership, there is no additional cost to jump into our drop-in classes. Our accredited instructors are ready to make you feel successful on your fitness journey!
Group Fitness Classes are held in the University Recreation Center Room 201, Room 204, Room 212, Room 213, Room 503, and Indoor Pool.

Semesterly Group Fitness schedules may be changed due to the University’s academic schedule, breaks, closings, and other events. Classes with consistently low attendance (less than 5) may be cancelled. Classes are subject to change due to participant needs. Inclement Weather Policy
If the University is closed due to inclement weather, all group fitness classes will be cancelled for the day. If the University is on a delayed/adjusted schedule, group fitness classes will resume using the UNC Charlotte inclement weather schedule.
Class size may be limited to equipment and space requirements (Cycle = 35 bikes available). Therefore, classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Bring and present your valid UNC Charlotte ID to gain access to classes.
