Custom Group Fitness Classes

Interested in having a group fitness event for your organization? 

Steps:

  1. Take a look at our current group fitness offerings and select a time and date that would not conflict with a regularly scheduled class.
  2. After you submit the request, contact Tori Lord with your preferred date, time, location, and format.
  3. Submit a reservation request through the University's Reservations Office.
